Initiation Fees

Single membership: $1500 - payable in three installments of $500. The first installment is due in 2008, second in 2009 and third installment in 2010.

Family membership: $3000 - payable in three installments of $1000. The first installment is due in 2008, second in 2009 and third installment in 2010.
