Country Club as the site to host your upcoming function. |

| Please note that our dinner prices do
not include 5% tax and 18% service charge. |

| At Ludlow Country Club your guests can enjoy
excellent cuisine all in a pleasant, private atmosphere. We offer private
function rooms varying in size for groups of 40 to 250 guests. Saturday
daytime functions 11:00-5:00. Evening Functions 6:30-12:30. A minimum of
75 guests are required for Saturday functions and a minimum of 50 guests
for Luncheons, Bridal and Baby Showers. |

| The month and time of day you have chosen for
your function may alter our requirements. As other guests may reserve the
same room as you prior to or following your function, please adhere to the
times confirmed. |

| A firm guarantee of the number of guests
attending your function is due ten days in advance. You will be charged
for the guarantee or exact number whichever is higher. |

| A deposit of $300 is required to confirm your
reservation. Full payment is due five days prior to the function date.
Payment may be made either by cash or bank check. Deposits are
nonrefundable. |

| Ludlow Country Club reserves the right to
inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to premise
will be charged accordingly. Ludlow Country Club does not assume
responsibility for loss or damages to property brought onto the premises. |
